Simon was very proficient and professional, was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me understand likely causes of my pains and gave me excellent advice

I’ve tried several physios at similar price points and Simon is the only one I’ve stuck with. Exercises are effective but manageable and I’ve seen huge improvement in a long-term knee issue. He is a lovely guy too. I have already recommended to friends and would definitely return.

Matt Bergg

Came to Simon after tearing my ACL and could not have been treated any better. Was clear, rigorous, and informative throughout my recovery program and now can play sports again. Would definitely recommend!!!

I went to Simon with knee pain, worried that it would prevent me from hiking as I love to do. We worked together for 2 months to strengthen my knees, and he taught me how to prevent future injury in hiking and running. Simon took the time to understand the root of the pain, and adapted my programme at each stage as needed. I would unreservedly recommend Simon's services!

Andy Coates

Simon is excellent, knowledgable and attentive. Seriously helped with some lower back and hip issues I've had for ages. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I went to physio with a pain just below my knee that I thought was permanent. I am 30 years old and expected that pain was just a part of getting older, especially after years of abuse of running, skateboarding and all sorts of physical activity and injuries. After my first session I was cautiously optimistic, but within a week of adopting my new exercises the pain in my knee reduced significantly. I continued with the exercises and the pain continued to reduce; I also began to feel stronger and more agile in my knees than ever before. I was not just taught exercises, but provided insight and guidance on the mechanics and biology of the body and learned how and what was causing my knee pain. This insight was transformative, and has changed the way I exercise and train. I have just been discharged and can safely say my knee pain is nearly gone - after a long run I may feel a niggle, but I know that with continuing to strengthen my knee and resting appropriately even those pains will go. Since I started physio I have broken my park run PB 3 times and am slowly reaching my aim of a sub 20 minute (whereas before I thought I would never best 22 minutes again). I have started distance run training again after the half marathon last year that resulted in the original pain, and I feel stronger and fitter than ever. All this is to say, if you are contemplating physio and your pain is limiting your exercise or your ability - do it. And I cannot recommend Simon and the Team highly enough. It was worth every penny! Cheers!!!

Simon helped me rehab my hamstring tear from barely being able to sit down for longer than 1hr without pain to rock climbing again - highly recommend

I injured myself bouldering (tore three ligaments and had a small fracture), and Simon worked with me for three months to get me back to where I was. He’s really attentive to detail, listens properly, and always made sure I understood each exercise and why I was doing it. I felt supported the whole way through and the rehab plan was clear and realistic. Booking was easy and communication was always straightforward. Highly recommend.

Simon is a brilliant physio. I've used his services on more than one occasion over the past few years, and he's always managed to help me bounce back stronger from injuries and various aches and pains. He's patient, highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Really recommend him.
