Jenni has been practising yoga for many years and first began a regular practice when pregnant with her first child. From then she was hooked and yoga has been an important part of her life ever since. With hectic schedules yoga provides a cherished opportunity to look after oneself, quietening the mind and building a stronger more flexible body.
After 15 years in the corporate world, Jenni decided the time was right to pursue her passion for yoga full time. She has completed 200 hour teacher training with Yoga London and pregnancy yoga teacher training with Yogamama and is continuing the learning journey with 500 hour advanced teacher training.
Jenni teaches Vinyasa Flow which can be described as a dynamic moving meditation, linking movement and postures with the breath, set to music. She also teaches pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes incorporating safe and gentle movement and relaxation. Jenni believes passionately that, when practised mindfully with a focus on safe alignment, anyone of any age or body type can enjoy yoga and experience positive benefits both physically and mentally. Whether the aim is to gain physical strength, fitness and flexibility or to restore calm, balance and de-stress, yoga can help meet those goals.
