A simple stretching programme

Here at Physio and Pilates Central, we’re often asked for our advice on a simple stretching programme – something you can easily do at home without any gym equipment.

This programme shows eight simple stretches for the lower body – each should be held for 30 seconds and at the point where you feel a gentle pull. Do not bounce!

If you’re suffering from a particular pain or injury then we’d always advise getting in touch first – it’s important to get injuries properly assessed and from there we can recommend a programme that is suited to you and your recovery.
